Returns and Refund Policy

RETURNS:

You may initiate the return of the item within 48 hours of receiving the product.

For the product to be eligible for return, the item must be

  • Unused,
  • In the same condition as you have received it,
  • A photo of the product that's damaged will be helpful,
  • The product must be in the original packaging,
  • Proof of purchase like bills or payment is required.
SHIPPING:

We will arrange for a pick up to your place if the return is initiated within 48 hours and return shipping is free. After 48 hours, shipping of the returned product to our place is done from the customer's end. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund.

REFUND POLICY:

Once we receive the returned item we will inspect the same and send you an email confirmation, if the product is approved for refunds or not. In cases where there is a manufacturing defect, refund is clearly possible.

If the product is approved for refund, we will inform you through e-mail and , and refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment (eg: Card or UPI) etc., or the amount will be added to the store credit where you may purchase another product from the store for the same amount.

You will receive the credit amount based on the card issuers policy or based on the mode of payment you have made.
Usually a time span of 15- 20 days may be taken for the amount to be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@myhappyplays.com and send in your item to the company address. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
